Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over £25.

For orders below £25, the following delivery charges apply:

• £2.85 – Standard Delivery

• £3.55 – Express Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout. While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
