At YourMusk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened perfumes, oils, bakhoor, candles, and air fresheners cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@yourmusk.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet:
